Basement finishing FAQs.

A standard basement finish runs 4–8 weeks depending on square footage and scope of work. More complex builds — home theaters, wet bars, or multi-room layouts — typically run 6–10 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your free consultation.
Moisture management is the most important step in any basement project. We assess your space during consultation and will recommend any waterproofing or drainage work that should happen before framing begins.
Yes. Basement bathrooms require a rough plumbing rough-in (and sometimes an ejector pump depending on your existing drain layout). We assess this during our free site visit.
Code requires a minimum of 7 feet of finished ceiling height in habitable spaces. We can work around beams and ductwork with creative ceiling solutions — we'll show you options during consultation.
