Deck & concrete FAQs.

Composite (like Trex) costs more upfront but has significantly lower long-term maintenance — no staining, sealing, or warping. Pressure-treated wood costs less initially but requires ongoing maintenance. We walk you through both options during consultation.

A standard deck build takes 5–10 days. Larger or multi-level projects can run 2–3 weeks. Concrete projects (driveways, patios) typically complete in 2–4 days plus a cure period.

Yes. We handle full removal and replacement of existing concrete — driveways, patios, walkways, and steps. We assess crack patterns and base conditions to recommend the right solution.

Spring through fall is ideal, but we book projects year-round. Deck builds can happen in winter (weather permitting). Concrete work requires temperatures above 40°F to cure properly. Book early — spring/summer slots fill fast.
